Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Custom/personalized items are non-returnable
- Initiate returns from your Account under My Orders
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after quality check
- For defective/damaged items, contact support within 48 hours of delivery
All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage not due to transit.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for size or colour swaps within 7 days of delivery
- The replacement item must be of equal value; for higher-value items you pay the difference
- Original item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Initiate an exchange by contacting support or through your Account
- We ship the replacement after receiving and inspecting the original item
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
