Return Policy
- We do not offer returns. We only offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Custom/personalized items are non-exchangeable
- In case of any damage, we will either repair or replace the product
- For damaged items, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Initiate exchanges from your Account under My Orders or by contacting support
All exchanges are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the item shows signs of wear or damage not due to transit.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for size or colour swaps within 7 days of delivery
- The replacement item must be of equal or higher value; for higher-value items you pay the difference
- Original item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Initiate an exchange by contacting support or through your Account
- We ship the replacement after receiving and inspecting the original item
- Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost
